No matter what kind of space you live in, or what kind of family you’re apart of, the kitchen is the heart of the home, and it’s the one place that connects us all. The Food Families platform that we created for IKEA highlights the unique characteristics that different families have, and how they interact with their kitchens. This campaign was wildly successful not only by surpassing sales goals, but more importantly in reframing perception. We showed that IKEA understands the importance of making the kitchen easily flow through the homes, and the lives, of the many wonderfully different families in our world.
